BotaniSense – End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using the BotaniSense app and its community features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1. User-Generated Content and Community

Our app includes community features where users can post content, comment, and interact with others. When you use these features, you must follow these terms and our community guidelines.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We do not allow content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We do not tolerate abusive behavior, harassment, or bullying. Accounts that post such content or engage in such behavior will be removed, and we will take action to remove the content and eject the offending user.

We provide tools to report and block objectionable content and users. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and taking action against the user who provided it (including removing the content and ejecting the offending user where appropriate).

4. Blocking and Reporting

You may block other users and report posts or comments that violate these terms. When you block a user, their content will be removed from your feed. Reports are reviewed by us and we will act as described above.

5. Intellectual Property and License

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and store that content as needed to operate the service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
